Workz Return Policy on Non-Faulty
Goods
Printer Workz
may, but is not obligated to, accept
the return of goods which are correctly
ordered and correctly supplied. No
goods will be accepted for return
without prior written authorisation
and shipping instructions obtained
from Printer Workz. Goods returned
will be subjected to test and evaluations
with the amount of credit, if any,
subject to Printer Workz assessment
and recommendations. Goods returned
must be in a resalable condition and
remain in the original packaging.
Freight and handling charges will
be at the customer's expense unless
otherwise authorised. If Printer Workz
accepts any return, Printer Workz
may deduct from any refund, a restocking
fee of 15% of the full purchase price
of the products returned.
Printer
Workz Return Policy on Faulty Goods
In the event that
the customer considers that Printer
Workz delivered incorrect goods or
with defects or damage, the customer
must notify details in writing, quoting
the Printer Workz invoice number within
10 days of the receipt of goods. Should
the customer fail to notify Printer
Workz of any incorrect delivery within
10 days of receipt of goods, it is
agreed and regarded that the goods
were delivered and received correctly
and in good order. Printer Workz will
not accept the return of any goods
without a Return's Authority Number
or after the expiry of 90 days from
invoice, subject to management discretion.
All faulty printer consumables must
be accompanied by a test print.
Unreturned Goods
Replacements for faulty and non-faulty goods are issued on the good faith that the customer will return the unwanted goods. If a replacement has been sent, but no goods are returned within 60 days, Printer Workz reserves the right to charge for the replacement cartridge(s).
Terms and
Conditions
We warrant that
our products, when stored, installed
and used under normal conditions will
be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of 12
months from the date of purchase.
If a product fails during the warranty
period, the product will be replaced
or credit issue at the option of the
buyer in accordance with our Returned
Material Policy. Printer Workz warrants
that our products will not damage
the printhead or printing mechanism
when stored, installed and used in
accordance With our recommended procedures
or the printer manufacturer’s
recommended procedures. In the event
of any damage to a printhead or printing
mechanism caused solely and directly
by the use of our product, we will
pay the reasonable cost of service
and repair of the printhead or printing
mechanism so damaged, provided the
buyer: (1) Notifies us of such damage
in writing within thirty days and
(2) delivers to us a written service
report, signed by authorized technical
service personnel, identifying the
supply product as the sole and direct
cause of such damage along with print
samples and damaged or replaced parts.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY
IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY
AND SETS FORTH BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH WARRANTIES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR
COLLATERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS,
LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING
OUT OF, OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH,
THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY GOODS SOLD PURSUANT
HERETO. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR IMPLIED,
SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLIE
TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU THE
SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS ANY YOU MAY
ALSO HAVE SOME OTHER LEGAL WRITES
WITH CARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
